If you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete product, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the original invoice and all accessories. Products damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or unauthorized modifications are not eligible for return or exchange. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement, exchange, or refund (where applicable) in accordance with our policy. While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, natural events, public holidays, or courier issues may occasionally occur. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with a suitable resolution.
