Order Processing
All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation and verification. Most orders are prepared for dispatch within 1–3 business days, while customized, bulk, or commercial gym equipment orders may require additional processing time. Orders are processed only on business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation along with tracking details, where applicable, to help you monitor your delivery.
Shipping Coverage
Sports Camp offers delivery services across most locations in India. Delivery availability depends on the serviceability of your postal code and our logistics partners. For remote or difficult-to-reach locations, delivery may require additional transit time or special shipping arrangements.
Delivery Timeline
Standard delivery generally takes 3–7 business days for metro cities and 5–10 business days for other locations after dispatch. Delivery times for heavy fitness equipment, commercial gym machines, treadmills, or bulk institutional orders may vary based on destination, transportation schedules, and installation requirements.
While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, delivery schedules may occasionally be affected by weather conditions, public holidays, transportation delays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on the product size, weight, delivery location, and shipping method selected during checkout.
We may offer free shipping on selected products or promotional offers, subject to specific terms and conditions. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before you complete your purchase.
For large commercial gym equipment, treadmills, and oversized products, additional freight or handling charges may apply depending on the delivery location.
Heavy Equipment Delivery
Products such as treadmills, home gyms, commercial gym machines, weight stacks, benches, and other heavy fitness equipment require special handling during transportation. These products are shipped using specialized logistics services to ensure safe delivery.
Customers are requested to ensure that the delivery location has adequate access for unloading large or heavy equipment. If additional manpower, cranes, lifts, or special handling arrangements are required due to site conditions, any associated charges may be the responsibility of the customer.
Installation Services
Selected fitness products may require professional installation. Where installation services are available, our team or an authorized service partner will coordinate with you after delivery to schedule installation.
Installation timelines may vary depending on your location, product type, and technician availability. Customers are advised not to attempt installation of complex gym equipment without professional assistance, as improper installation may affect product performance and warranty coverage.
Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable). You can use the tracking details to monitor the progress of your shipment until delivery.

Delivery Inspection
Upon receiving your order, we recommend inspecting the package before accepting delivery. If the outer packaging appears damaged, torn, or tampered with, please inform the delivery personnel immediately and contact our customer support team as soon as possible.
If you receive an incorrect product, a product with visible transit damage, or an incomplete shipment, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery along with clear photographs of the package and product.
Bulk Orders
For wholesale, institutional, corporate, school, academy, or commercial gym projects, shipping schedules are planned separately based on order quantity, product availability, and project requirements. Our team will coordinate delivery timelines directly with the customer to ensure smooth execution.
Delayed or Failed Deliveries
Although we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, transportation disruptions, government regulations, festivals, strikes, or natural disasters.
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or failure to accept the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
International Shipping
At present, Sports Camp primarily delivers within India. If you require international shipping, please contact our team before placing your order. International orders are subject to availability, shipping feasibility, customs regulations, and additional freight charges.
